The Haven - smack in the middle of the posh bit of Wells

When you book we will ask you to send a 25% deposit. Full payment for the cottage plus £100 breakage deposit received at least 6 weeks before the holiday. If you cancel the holiday and we can't fill the booking we will keep the 25% deposit. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance to cover yourself for this.

On your arrival day, we will be here to hand you the key and give you a quick tour of the house.
Please leave the house in the condition you found it or we may charge for extra cleaning.
We provide high quality linen and towels. Egyptian cotton sheets and feather and down duvets.

The Haven has a no-smoking policy for the comfort of future guests. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and return your deposit.
